Carb bracket or not on TB?

I got this on my carb, but Do need this on my TB?

Yes, if running a 700r4.  Be careful though.  Highly recommend you monitor your transmission line pressure when getting the adjustment correct.  Personally had issues with my bracket, took it off and was happier with the TV cable adjustment.  Not sure if it may just be my transmission though.
