Extending main harness

Can I extended the main wiring harness as to make the in-line fuses be mounted on fender I would solder and heat shrink thanks go EFi 600 system

I dont see where it would hurt other than voiding the warranty.

I have done it. Works fine when done correctly. Does void the warranty though.
