Logfile Opinion requested
I am still chasing a vibration/shudder in my engine. Ford 302 (reman'd 87 block, stock), Go Street 400hp, FCC2, stock ignition (with a petronix ignition module). I have replaced everything. Coil, plugs (plugs look good), wires. Installed new exhaust manifold gaskets and all new intake manifold gaskets. Compression test done, all are between 155 and 170 psi, no leaking. The vibration/shudder is most notable between 1000 and 1300 rpm on accel and decel. Harmonic balancer and flywheel are new and are the correct weight. I believe the FiTech is running well, just trying to rule everything out.

Have you set your idle AFR yet?
I assume you were driving during this datalog. The system is still learning a fair amount. Didn't see anything that was out of the ordinary. I would make a few adjustments. Disable DFCO and adjust AFR for starters.
Thanks Austin. Yes, I was driving when I took the logfile. I reset all the learning and adjustments I made, just to rule out any mistakes I may have made. So it is learning again. What would you recommend for AFR settings? I will disable DFCO tomorrow.

Set your idle AFR like you would idle mixture screws on a carb. Best idle and vacuum and then fine tune with plug readings. This gives you a baseline to work from. I generally lean a little further in my cruise AFR and richen slightly for full throttle AFR. This is at your own risk!!!!!!
