Stalling when coming to a stop

Hi guys, I have an Ls1 / T56 with a 228r Texas Speed cam. I'm having an issue with the engine wanting to stall when coming to a stop or putting the trans in neutral. I've even had it happen when backing out of the driveway. Running on cam3 setting, (seems to be the best) and my IAC steps at idle are around 15. Any ideas on any other adjustments I should make? Also, I have no vacuum leaks.

You should have no automatic transmission selected.
Do you have the brake wire connected so it has power at all time you're NOT stepping on the brakes? Apparently, the ECM has some deceleration control when it knows you're braking.
