Ultimate LS 70004 System
I just installed this system on my running LQ4 engine. I removed the motor to install new cam, lifters, & install the new fitech system. With it on the engine run stand I wanted to run it before installing it in my car. It looks great and it's wiring connectors are perfect for the truck engine. This is why I have a hard time deciding what the problem is.
I followed it step by step and I have no spark at the plugs.
I can not find a reason for this. I have the 2 red wires running to the Positive post on the starter and grounded the 2 Negative wires to the engine block. The only thing that I have read that disables the spark is the rev limiter. I set it to 5000 rpm to be sure. My engine is a 24 tooth reluctor which I set. I even bought a new crank sensor just to be sure that it didn't just take a dump on me. Any idea what the issue could be?

I connected the Orange Fuel pump wire to the Fuel pump. I also connected the wire on the Fitech harness that says key and connected it to my switch and verified that it stays hot during cranking.
Just to pass on the final results. Called Fitech, and went through the setup. After doing several different settings he settled on the rpm while cranking would only get to around 60 rpm. He decided it was a corrupt file in the system. He helped me clear all the files and sent me new ones. We installed the new files and it started right off. THANKS FITECH CODY!!!!!
